A little about me...
Mother. Wife. Musician. Student. Pastor. Animal lover. Friend. Horsewoman. Chicken whisperer. Fun Auntie. Crafter. Gardener wannabe. Crazy cat lady. Goat mama. Duck herder. Messy human.
These are just a few of the many words I would use to describe who I am. I am not just one of these and I am not all of these all at once. I don't know if I have any sort of attention disorder, or just am so creative that I naturally squirrel a lot, but I often don't focus on one thing, but many. Writing has been a passion of mine since my 5th grade teacher, Ms. Sorbo, made my class do journaling. I haven't ever stopped.
2023 has been a gold star year - in May I graduated with my Master of Divinity Degree from Claremont School of Theology. I was officially commissioned towards Elders Orders in the United Methodist Church in June 2023, and on July 1, 2023, I started my new appointment at Elk Grove, UMC. I have two grown children - men now - and have been married to my first, and only, love since May of 1999.
Life is a journey - one that has ups and downs. Jesus said that he came so that we might all live life, and live it abundantly, and that is what I strive to do.
