When you start a blog, all the experts will tell you... have a plan. Well, I thought I had a plan, and haven't written in several months. So... Here's to starting it off right.
First of all, the plan. Again, experts who do this for a living will tell you to have a niche. There are craft blogs, exercise and macros blogs, spiritual blogs, and so much more. The problem - I have too many niches that I enjoy. Instead of one niche, I plan to do three. Three days a week, three different ideas.
Mondays - Mindful Mondays
Every Monday will be filled with something new spiritually, for a way to unwind, let go, and practice mindfulness
Wednesdays - Workout/Wellness Wednesdays
On Wednesdays, find information on having a healthy body - macro counting nutrition, exercising, recipes, and pretty much anything else you can think of for healthy living.
Fridays - Farmhouse Fridays
I live on a farm - you all knew that already. There are a million lessons learned on the farm. From raising chickens, to introducing new goats to each other, there is something to learn about farm life every Friday.

I don't pretend to know everything, and I don't pretend to be an expert. While I am a pastor, I do not feel I know everything about spirituality and mindfulness. I have become quite the health nut over the past three years, but I am still learning new things to make life more fulfilling and healthy, and like others have shared so my life is more enriched, I hope to be able to do the same for someone else. And lastly, I'm a new farmer, so these life lessons will be raw and crazy and awesome all at the same time. I hope that at some point, there is a nugget that will help you on your own journey.
